In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, founder Crystal Ries and her team recognized a growing need for trustworthy, affordable supplements made without compromise. As a wife, a mother of triplet daughters and a newborn son, and a lifelong health enthusiast, Crystal was deeply motivated to create products she could confidently give to her own family.

To bring this vision to life, Crystal partnered with her close friend and master herbalist Dr. CC Chapman to carefully design a line of vitamins and supplements focused on purity, potency, and real results. Together, they set out to create formulas with high efficacy—without unnecessary fillers, additives, or artificial ingredients.
